When you're really taking care for yourself and making sure that you can show up to things

100%, that's a gift to the people that you're interacting with.

Because if you aren't showing up 100% to other people, then you're asking for some of their

energy in order to take care of you.

And when you're bringing 100%, like you're in a space where you can offer care to somebody else.

And that's such a, like, beautiful thing to be able to share with somebody else.

I say welcome back most weeks, and I'm nervous that I really shouldn't because hopefully

this might be someone's first episode. And if that's the case,

I should just be saying, welcome. However, this week is part two of a conversation with an artist

that I love who you heard last week if you were here. And if you you weren't go back to that one because you're

going to be hearing a conversation chopped into this is the second half of my talk with kemmy quillen

that we had over zoom a couple weeks ago. She was at her home in Brooklyn.

And as I always say, when I rarely split these up into two parts, part two is when this

conversation really comes alive.

Act two of this show is when things get a little bit more loose, were a little bit

loopy from talking so much. And I rarely split it up and they're just long. However, this

conversation was robust enough with content in both parts that I did. Like I said, if you didn't listen last week,
