Thank you to Peloton ability to think creates concepts and gives us access to transform our ideas and give constructs to the world and create technology, science, all of that is a result of thinking.

But what is the source of thinking? What is the source of every experience? It's not thought because

thought itself is an experience. Thought is an experience. You witness a thought, you see a thought coming arising. You can chase

the thought, you can follow a thought, you can avoid a thought you can let a thought go you can try to hold

on to a thought but and even that is very difficult anything that you do with the mind is difficult. So if you just sit in what is called

choiceless awareness, your mind naturally starts to settle down to its source, which is

awareness.

And when you have a glimpse of that source, awareness, which I also feel is synonymous with spirit

or soul or consciousness or being or existence, then that glimpse of your true

being is inspiration, then you are in spirit.

And over here, this extraordinary ability to not think,

do not think.

I said thinking is extraordinary, but to not think is even more extraordinary.

This ability to not think allows the intelligence of nature to unfold through you in the direction of truth goodness,

beauty, harmony, love, compassion, joy, equanimity, and evolution.

So what do I do every morning?

I wake up and even before I sit up I stare at the ceiling fully awake with no

interpretation. I experience whatever is around me with no interpretation.

And then I use meditation to get to the source of thought.

And at the end of the meditation, I just introduce
