And now we continue to explore the idea of our ambition to be positive.

People are constantly fighting against negative thoughts, but getting rid of negative thoughts is also a thought.

You can't use a thought to get rid of a thought.

Other people are constantly focusing on positive thoughts and become polyannas and

exasperatingly positive.

So there's this constant struggle between the negative and the positive.

And this ultimately is the struggle that leads to all kinds of chaos in the world.

The forces of darkness versus the forces of light, the forces of creativity versus the forces of

entropy, which then we rephrase as positive and negative forces.

So I think both the desire to cultivate positive thoughts and the desire to get rid of negative thoughts and also the desire to get rid of the ego

are human melodramas that only add to more confusion, more strife, and more conflict in the world.

This is because everything that you consider negative, somebody else may consider positive.

You know, there is a point of view that is diametrically opposed to yours somewhere. It exists because that's what existence is. The coexistence of

opposing forces. You can't have an up without a down. You can't have a hot without a cold. You can't

have a solid without a liquid or a vapor. You can't have a perception without the absence of that particular perception.
