In my opinion, motivation is the worst thing that humans can embark in.

Motivation is an activity of the mind which requires discipline,ing plans hard work driving ambition everything that creates stress in the world

moreover because the mind is weak, motivation never works.

I know a lot of people who join clubs to exercise and lose weight and then they've paid fees for a year and they stop going after 15 days.

So in my opinion, motivation doesn't change anyone.

It's a waste of time and I see it all the time with patients that are trying their best

and then they feel guilty and then they feel terrible and then they start having

low self-esteem and the cycle repeats itself.

The more motivated they get, the more

defeatist it becomes.

So what brings about real transformation is

Inspiration. Inspiration is not motivation. is inspiration.

Inspiration is not motivation.

As the word suggests,

inspiration is not of the mind,

it's of the spirit.

Inspiration, in spirit, which means you have actually gone beyond the mind and

encountered your fundamental nature as consciousness and infinite possibilities.
