Summary

Today on the podcast is the remarkable Ashley Jones!

Ashley's story is second to none and inspires me to this day. Ashley tragically lost her beloved father at the young age of 14. Just a few short months after that, she lost her right arm in an ATV accident.

Her story is one of faith, trust, perseverance, and belief, and today I have the privilege of diving into all of it with her.

To make the story even better, Ashley is an unbelievable runner.

She led her team to a historic 6th place team finish at the 2023 NCAA XC Championships with her finish of 42nd place in a time of 20:07.1. The week prior, she placed seventh at the NCAA South Regional in a time of 18:52.9. This season, she also placed 10th at a stacked SEC Championships.

In today's episode, Ashley goes through her story in full, how her faith has grown stronger amidst adversity, her experience at Tennessee, leading them to a historic 6th place finish, what she wants her legacy to be, and so much more!

This one is moving. I hope you'll take the time to be blessed by Ashley's words.
