Today on the podcast is the one and only CJ Singleton!
CJ runs for The University of Notre Dame, where he has progressed into a top runner for them. CJ took 14th at NCAA Regionals in the steeplechase (8:51.96), finished sixth in the steeplechase at Outdoor ACCs with a personal best time of 8:43.85, and 19th in the mile at Indoor ACCs (4:08.06). CJ also excels in the classroom, making the 2023 All-ACC Outdoor Academic Team & 2023 All-ACC Indoor Academic Team.
In high school, CJ was dominant in the state of Pennslyvania. He ran for Butler High School. He holds 10 school records, 5 state titles, was a 3x All-American, and a National Champion.
In today's conversation, CJ shares his full story, how he's progressed over the years, being teammates with Drew Griffith in high school, doing Double Threshold Workouts, and much more!
I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with CJ, and I am confident that you'll find great value from it! If you're looking to take your running to the next level but aren't sure how to, this podcast is for you.
