dozen students in Washington have had their visas revoked by the Trump administration. It's unclear what's

next, and the news is rattling many of the state's international students. We'll talk with

immigration attorney Tamina Watson about how she's advising students in a minute, but first, let's get

you caught up.

The City Council Committee will vote this afternoon on whether to renew the Democracy Voucher Program

for another decade.

Registered voters in Seattle get $100 worth of vouchers

to donate to local candidates.

The renewed plan would cost a median homeowner $13 a year in property taxes.

Washington Senator Maria Cantwell introduced a bill that would provide money to places like Seattle

who are hosting World Cup matches and U.S. Olympic events.

The proposal would allow local communities to apply for grants to pay for permanent

transportation projects like new buses, creating bike lanes, and improving roads and highways.

Seattle will host six World Cup matches in June and July, 2026. And the Washington State

Spring Fair opens today in Puyallup with live music, exhibits, and of course, lots of food.
