Summary

I'm joined by Hal Cranmer, owner of A Paradise for Parents, assisted living homes. Hal is the owner of assisted living facilities that use low carb and ketogenic and carnivore diets for their patients. He emphasizes diet and exercise to improve residents' health, focusing on low-carb diets and physical activity to manage chronic conditions like diabetes and dementia. In this video, we explore how the ketogenic and carnivore diets are being used to reverse chronic illnesses, including diabetes, obesity, and cognitive decline. Real-life success stories are shared, from patients losing significant weight and regaining independence, to those seeing marked improvements in cognitive function. This is how assisted living should be. Enjoy!
