Constitution Day September 17th, 2024, the 237th anniversary of the Constitution and you know for today's

programming we're going to talk about state-based immigration

enforcement with our upcoming guest Jessica Vaughn and really this is where the

Constitution is so so relevant. It is so relevant not that we live under it anymore because we don't but the design that was created as a result

Where we didn't give all the power to the federal government, it was only the enumerated powers, but everything

else the state's reserve.

And right now, as we've mentioned many times, this is our ongoing theme, we have no other way to fight back against

tyranny other than the doctrine of lowest magistrate.

And working with within the states where we have majorities to push back against the federal

tyranny.

And what greater tyranny than purposely invading your own country with millions upon millions of at best

impoverished and in worse circumstances dangerous third world

individuals from from every corner of the world. You know, this is where the rubber meets the road.

That design of Madison's is still there. When he had that mic drop

moment at the convention where he said actually it is better to have a larger

republic but divided by sovereign subdivisions than to have a small

republic where you have nowhere to run if tyranny takes root. So you have a large uniform republic, well you have large tyranny.
