So this is Henry, your host, and I've got another good podcast in store for you.

I hope we're just coming past Easter, so I hope everybody had a good Easter.

I know with this quarantine, everything going down, it was probably a different experience than you've probably had in the past.

I know for sure it was for me, but at the same time it was a little bit of normalcy.

You know, we did a little Easter egg hunt and just kind of felt normal for a day, which is great. So I'm thankful for that.

Hopefully you have some good things to be thankful for. And what we're going to do is we're

going to go ahead and get prepared for this podcast, get prepared to dial in and stay focused.

So whether you're listening to this in the morning, afternoon or night, just take a few seconds

to kind of gather your thoughts, relax, and pay attention.

And we're going to take that deep breath that we like to take before we get started.

So that way we can just focus on what's in front of us and, you know, really hopefully come out better.

So we're going to take four seconds in, four second hold, and four seconds out, and just kind of slow down for a minute.
