| 2:45.7 | can come back and then you could do some work. Maybe check your email just twice a day, maybe in the morning, |
| 2:54.6 | maybe again in the afternoon or the evening. |
| 2:59.0 | And allow yourself to engage in real communication |
| 3:06.5 | with people in your world face to face. |
| 3:11.6 | This is going to be the best thing for your brain's health as well as for mental clarity. |
