| 0:27.3 | it's an ongoing experience in our lives as you have been going through this week's |

| 0:39.8 | is to gradually day by day step by step to take action to forgive this could be |
| 0:53.2 | when you settle down at night and you review your day and you think about |
| 1:02.2 | the times during the day when you felt a little animosity towards someone or resentful or irritated. |

| 1:18.6 | You might be disappointed in yourself and so you might feel as though you're entitled |
| 1:25.6 | to feel this way because this situation or this person deserved it |
| 1:32.3 | or was so in the wrong. So you can feel your anger, spike and a sense of justification |
| 1:41.3 | for how you felt. You may have been harmed deeply and you feel a sense of |
| 1:51.6 | grief and sadness and confusion. In this case your focus is more on the other person. |
| 2:02.8 | You're thinking, why, how. |
| 2:07.1 | And it's so difficult to get closure when you don't know the answers to these questions. |
| 2:16.5 | So what I encourage you to do as you are midweek in our series, |
| 2:24.3 | and day by day you've been taking steps to forgive, |
| 2:29.3 | I encourage you to create a forgiveness ritual. |
| 2:37.3 | You could call it a cleanse. |
| 2:40.2 | You could call it a freedom ritual. |
| 2:43.9 | Because there's perhaps no greater feeling of freedom than your inner freedom. |
