Bless up everybody. I don't know. I am Heinz and today and Heinz said this is your daily cup of tea.

0:08.1

I wanted to talk about something interesting today. I think it's interesting at least.

0:15.5

Today's title is called Inner Brat. Because I think every single one of us has a inner

0:24.1

brat within us. We all can be petty at times. We can get jealous. We can be envious. We can be

0:36.4

all of these things. These characteristics, these emotions, these energies are within us.

0:43.2

And we feel them. We experience them. Now how often do we experience them? That depends on the

0:51.2

individual. But just because we're grown-ups now, just because we're growing up, doesn't mean we

0:56.5

still don't experience these brady emotions. Now I've always been curious by emotions. I see

1:05.8

1:50.2

these characteristics within us. And deep down we feel bad for even experiencing them. For even

1:56.8

having them rise up within us, even if we do a great job of hiding it from the world. So to me,

2:03.4

this is what made me realize, like, okay, well, these emotions are there for a reason. Like why would

2:09.7

a human being be jealous of their best friend? On paper, logical sense, we would just be happy

2:17.9

for our best friend, right? But at times, as admit, I'm sure we have all been jealous of a friend

2:23.8

before. Now, I always think jealousy is just an opportunity, you know, an opportunity to ask ourselves

2:30.4

why we are jealous and see what may be missing from our life. Because I'm sure we want the best

2:36.8

from everybody when we are jealous. Simply, we may be feeling a void in our life. But still, we
