bless up. Yesterday I was having technical difficulties with, I guess the formats of the podcast,

0:10.4

they were getting taken down. So my apologies for no podcast yesterday,

0:18.0

even though I did put two up and they both were taken down. But it looks like everything

0:24.8

has been sorted out now. So today we shall be good. I hope everybody is feeling good today,

0:31.5

regardless if it's the morning, afternoon or evening, we are here, we are present.

0:38.0

I was thinking about extremes, right? Often when we think about extreme, as somebody's being extreme,

0:45.6

we think about it in an extravagant kind of way, like they have a lot of energy, like they're doing

0:54.8

too much. And I'm a little bit of an extremist sometimes you understand, like even this podcast,

1:56.8

growing up, I went through a lot of situations where I did not speak my mind. We all know the saying

2:04.2

closed mouths don't get fed. You know, I could be someone that likes to make things easier for people.

2:10.4

So I constantly have to check myself and make sure that I am stern and what I need and what I want

2:16.7

when I feel it is valid and as well deserved. But not speaking our truth, that is an extreme,

2:25.2

my friend, a negative extreme. You know, when you're sitting there on your couch and you have an idea

2:32.4

and you want to do it and then you don't do it, that's being an extremist in a severely negative way.

2:44.9

Lately, if I find myself about to procrastinate, I simply ask myself, what is there to lose?

2:53.4

Even if we fail, we will still be in the same position, won't we?
