So lately I've been having revelations of my own limitations and I'm excited about it and it's weird.

You know I'm somebody that likes to do everything myself.

You know I'm an independent person, maybe it's growing up somewhat of an only child.

You know maybe it's you know being able to tell my story has always been important for me.

I think it's the reason why subconsciously I learned how to develop my own skills and video sound and being on camera and things like this.

I like to be able to bring ideas out as I see them and it's beautiful.

I think being independent is important for our own self-realization and expression of abilities.

We feel a great sense of worth when we can accomplish things on our own.

When we can show up for ourselves that is honorable isn't it?

But at times I often question like how independent is being too independent.

I see common threads and a lot of us and one thing is asking for help seems to be a difficult question.

No matter what area of life it may be.

You know I'm literally I'm a little bit better at this now but I used to be the person who not many people do this.

I'm like basically saying there's a person like this one.

I don't know many people I do this but I would never even ask anybody to pick me up at an airport or drop me off at an airport.

I would get myself to an airport.

I would either pay for my car to stay at the airport. I would take a bus. I would take the sky train. I would take a taxi.

I do not ask for help when it comes to bringing me or picking me up to the airport because I'm like I can do it myself.

But I do question you know how independent is too independent.

But the word help you know the word help can sound needy and a lot of us don't like that energy of being needy.

You know it can make us feel that we are incapable and this can make us feel like we have less self worth or value.

Or we may worry that other CS in a light that may not be as strong as we wish for them to view us.
