over the years I compiled that list and luckily that list is not endless it's like there are only

X number of maybe like 20 30 preservatives that can be used and some of them are harmful and so

so then so in that ebook I also put it together that list so if you see and also I put together a list

of middle of the road preservatives that are like you know you can do better but they also not

the worst and so then if you see one of those preservatives of the harmful preservatives then

you know again you don't have to look any further because the preservative is bad plus again

chances are that they might be other potentially harmful ingredients.
