I actually almost called my book intentional because it really is about being intentional

about your health, your spiritual health, your emotional health and your physical health,

those three things.

And yeah, we can't forget physical health because obviously the Bible says run the good

race set before you.

And to run a race, you cannot just have hazardly walk into a race.

You have to prepare and train and physically what you're eating, what you're sleeping.

Schedule is like everything affects it, exercise all of it.

And we do, we have responsibility, we've only been given one body.

And we have to be mindful of that.

And so I think that even just how God set the entire Bible up again by starting it with

a garden, you know, there was like, there was discipline needed in it.
