but for people that are just getting into infrared therapy in general and infrared sauna, I think it would be good to start with some foundational knowledge around infrared light just in generally.

What is infrared light and where does it sit on the electromagnetic spectrum?

Yeah, infrared light is the majority of light that comes directly from the sun.

So it is a spectrum of light that comes from the sun and provides four different wavelengths.
