Good morning. It's Saturday, November 13th. I'm Marietta Thercaumar and for Ali Valshi.

We may soon find out if there's a limit to Steve Bannon's loyalty to a certain twice-impeached former president.

A federal grand jury has indicted Bannon on two counts of contempt of Congress.

It comes 23 days after the House voted to send a criminal referral

to the Justice Department because Bannon refused

to comply with subpoenas from congressional investigators.

Bannon is expected to turn himself over to law enforcement officials

on Monday and is scheduled to appear in court that afternoon.

He faces up to one year in prison

in a $100,000 fine if convicted.

Bannon's indictment is notable because no one ever claiming executive privilege, which is the

excuse he gave for the non-cooperating with investigators, has ever been indicted by the grand jury
