Tomorrow, President Biden is set to make history. He'll be signing into law the largest federal investment into infrastructure in more than a decade, according to the White House.

The $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill contains billions of funds that will go towards

things like roads and bridges, public transportation, and expanding broadband internet access.

Although one would think that Democrats and Republicans would want to take a victory lap for this

transformative bill, some GOP lawmakers are actually trying to distance themselves from it.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is set to be a no-show,

even though he was among the 19 Senate Republicans who voted in support of the bill.

In a radio interview, he said, quote,

I've got other things to do.
