visit of the vice president of United States, Mr. Vance, and his beautiful family to Narendra Modi,

the very powerful prime minister of India, and India in general. And Sardin introduces us to a

mystery I would have known to look for.

The mystery is this.

Where are the anti-American protests that have been routine apparently over the years

when an American VIP comes visiting?

They're not there.

At the same time, the tragedy in Kashmir, what we know of at Fog of War,

underlines the needs for both countries to stay together and work together. Sada on a very good evening to you. Mr. Vance's visit,

very successful. I wanted you to first address what we know about Kashmir at this point.

There have been threats, there have been accusations, I believe

there was canceling of airspace. How do you measure this considering the tension that's always been

there for, well, at least since partitioned. Good evening to you. Very good evening, John. Yes,

the vice president's visit was extremely successful.

He was given a warm welcome.

And the point of my column was that, you know, was about how anti-Americanism,

which used to be such an animating factor behind street protests in India,
