trying not to spiral on that random Tuesday night. 20s can be a wild ride. And I loved recording

because I feel like this is something I have been actively working on

in therapy in terms of my confidence and my self-esteem in my career and life,

in relationships, in friendships, in dating, learning how to set boundaries,

learning how not to people please, and knowing how to communicate better and more effectively

to be secure myself and be able to make decisions on my own and do things alone. I used to be

someone who was really shy and insecure and I would get really nervous

and socially anxious to go and do things by my own or on my own in fear of judgment, in fear of

what other people might think or say or, you know, just anything that would result as a result of my actions, maybe feeling embarrassed or fear of, you know, just anything that would result as a result of my actions, maybe feeling embarrassed

or if you're getting embarrassed, something like that. And I know I'm not the only one. And I feel like

in the past six months or a year, I guess, six months, eight months, maybe 12, a little bit more or less.
