I'm going to be honest. I've been procrastinating recording this episode since Friday. It's Monday,

but it's always so much harder to get back into the habit of doing

things than just keeping that habit going and keeping yourself accountable and disciplined

I fell out of the habit of recording and so it took a little bit more willpower, a little bit

more self-discipline to get back here. And that's kind of ironic given the whole purpose,

why daily habits matter, how focusing on what I was doing each day, the little things, the little

mundane things, really created this whole ripple effect and impacted who I have become and grown

evolve into becoming. But here's the whole truth, you guys. I used to really think I needed

a whole life reset to finally feel like I had it together. You know, the new planner, the

perfect morning routine, the green juices lined up in my fridge,

if you guys know I used to literally have celery juice every single day.

But the thing that actually changed everything for me was the smallest, most boring little

habits, the things like making my bed, drinking water before coffee.

I don't always do this, but I try to.

Putting my phone across from me in my room at night. It felt really tiny. These things feel really

small. But over time, my energy changed. My mind shifted. I changed. And today we are really
