Let's talk today about being in charge versus being in control.

They can seem seductively similar. Am I right? Think about it. We hear things like, I'm in control of my life. I'm in control of my destiny. I'm in control of my kids. I'm in control of

And that can sound like it's powerful. It can make us feel like, yeah, we got all figured out.

But the reality is, being in control is an illusion.

There are so many factors that you simply can't control right you can't control how your kids behave You can't control what the weather is you can't control, right? You can't control how your kids behave, you can't

control what's going on in the news, but you can still be in charge of what it is that you are able to run.
