Are you creating enough space for what you want to arrive in your life?

So often we think, oh, that thing's not showing up, the man or the woman or the job,

all the money. It's not showing up, it's being withheld from me.

When in fact, if we're really honest and we're introspective for a moment, we know

that there isn't space for the thing to arrive. What do I mean by that? Sometimes our lives are so congested, but we're afraid to create a space or an opening so we'll stick with the

congestion thank you very much.

Now I Thank you very much. Now, I bet you any money if you and I were to have a conversation right now.

You would be able to think of at least one time in your past, in your history, when you've made space you let go of something

maybe you were afraid but you did it anyway and something took its place

something could just shimmy on right up to you because there was space for it to arrive.

You know, when I was younger, one of my best friends.

She was always with this guy kind of on and off

who just wasn't good for her.

Their relationship wasn't healthy.

We laugh at it now in hindsight.

But she's like, you know, I just, I really want to be loved, I just really want to be in a good relationship.

And I kept saying to her, how can you be when you've got this guy always with you?

He's spending, he's taking all of your time at the

weekends he's the one who's taking all of your attention. You can't even open

yourself up for a new relationship because you're stuck in this existing one.

And you know she was afraid to let something go, she was afraid to be alone for a while.
