It took me two and a half years to do it after a lifetime being overweight, battling my,

battling my own inner demons and my own inability to gain full and total control of myself, I finally, finally did.

By leveraging a tool that I actually would always run away from, I would always run away from this tool that has led to me having greater self-control,

greater progress on my weight loss journey, but not just in my weight loss journey.

There is literally no area in my life where I have made meaningful progression

And the other thing about this tool is a lot of people don't use this tool correctly.

They use it ineffectively. And I want to give you a couple of tips in this week's episode of the podcast that you can use to help you with this. Now, there's two people here. There's those that have already lost some weight, as in let's say more than 20 pounds. And those, well, I guess there's three people. Those that have lost less than 20 pounds and those that have lost none pounds.

Those of you that have lost more than 20 pounds, you probably have already learned some of these lessons. Or you haven't learned them yet, but they're coming. But you probably learned at least some of them. Zero to 20, you might not have learned any of the lessons I'm about to tell you. You might have lost 15 pounds and be like, I don't need any of this. I don't know what he's talking about.
