Welcome back to our Bible study. Today We're in 2 Timothy the first chapter.

The Apostle Paul writes a heartfelt letter to Timothy, expressing gratitude for his sincere faith,

which first lived in his grandmother Lois and his mother Eunice.

Paul encourages Timothy to rekindle the spiritual gift God gave him and reminds him that the spirit of God does not make believers timid, but gives them power, love, and self-discipline.

He urges Timothy not to be ashamed of the gospel or of Paul's suffering, but to join an enduring hardship for the sake of Christ.
