ignoring negativity. Now how do you do that?

You gotta learn how to ignore all negativity from outsiders.

Don't give them your energy. Always be aware of what's being said about you,

but don't react to it.

Avoid subliminal messages and petty banter in the little slick comments that people may say

because all of that is truly beneath you.

Learning to ignore people and comments that may be made to you takes time. It's a special skill that you have to learn and it's something you have to practice over and over again before you really get it downpacked.

Ignoring people represents control.

It shifts the power back into your hands

and leaves the other person sitting there

Basking in their own anger and then eventually they literally will go away.

So ignoring is your power,

and I know that's easier said than done

because, hey, we are emotional beings, okay?

I'm just as emotional as anybody.

So when I see someone saying something I don't like,

my immediate reaction is to react,

is to say something hurtful back. But once you grow in life and once you have

many experiences with scenarios like this, you ultimately realize that you're wasting your time.

You're wasting your time because when you react to people that's exactly what they want you to do.

They want to see you all riled up, they want to see
