I receive many messages from women asking me if a certain age is too old for them to level up.

And I never understand this question when I read it because in the back of my mind I'm thinking, well, what does leveling up mean to you?

And why would you ever think you're too old

or expired to improve your life?

You are never too old, and it's never too late and you have to

remember that the real glow is internal. The real level up is something money can never buy. It's how you feel about you.

It's you taking control of your life and doing what needs to be done

to get to a place where you're comfortable. You should always be leveling up because you never stop learning,

you never stop growing, you never stop having experiences that shape your reality.

That's why I always stress that it's the journey, it's never an ending destination.
