How to cultivate investment sources

Stay away from major media, most of it is propaganda or paid-for advertising
Find independent sources and follow them for a while to get to know their perspective
Find competing sources (e.g. republican view vs democrat view). This is hard but extremely valuable
Find people who know how to think
Challenge your own views on things. Challenge your ego
Look for outliers or things that don't make sense

0:44.3	When you are doing an out of office, which I've been for the last couple days due to some Minnesota education, you know, basically fall break, you can select the button and says, you know, hey, I'm going to be out of the office these days.
0:54.6	You know, it used to be just reply. I'm sorry, I'm out of the office. Here's my auto response.
0:58.8	Well, now it has a selection that will actually cancel all the meetings that were already on your schedule
1:02.9	and automatically. And, well, unfortunately, you know, I must have tried that and it works. So the good news is it's highly functional. The bad news is if you're
1:12.2	not aware of what was canceled, it's gone. And like money, great segue, once it's gone, it's gone forever.
1:18.7	So let's talk more about that. Yeah. And at least it's not the Minnesota reeducation program that
1:23.3	you were participating in Doug. Well, they got plenty of those things, too, but I wasn't forced into that one.
