Hello, Smart Money Tree Podcast listeners. Welcome to this week's show.

0:13.0

My name is Kirk Chisholm. I'll be your host.

And today I'm joining with my good friend Doug Hey Renn.

0:18.0

Hey Doug.

Happy Monday, Kirk.

0:20.0

Happy Monday. All right, well, let's just

0:21.3

dive right in. It is a happy Monday for me. I love this time of year. My kids are going to

1:10.2

in the dollar or utilities or

1:12.3

natural gas or Bitcoin Ethereum. Pretty much everything else did horribly. Now, that's all well and good,

1:19.0

and that's any given week. It goes up, it goes down. But I did want to point out the year-to-date numbers

1:24.4

because I don't think a lot of people really truly understand what's going on.

1:28.4

Now, one of the things that I'd like to point out here is that a lot of people look at the S&P,
