Last night our neighbors started a social distancing block party and my husband brought

his personal bullhorn. Now first of all I love this idea right the social distancing

block party. My friends used to say that they feel bad for me that I live in a

neighborhood where all the houses are really close together but now we are looking like visionaries. I live in one of these suburban

neighborhoods where all of the houses are just right one on top of each other. But, oh, it makes it so easy to have social distancing block parties because we all just stay in our

own yards and shout at each other. But not my husband, not Joe. He didn't have to shout because

he owns a bullhorn. Now why would your

husband own a bullhorn you might ask? Well he owns multiple this is one of four.

He bought them when I asked him to install an intercom system in our house.

So for new listeners, I have no listeners right now. This is my brand new podcast I haven't promoted it.

So it's like me and the Russian bot and then like the one guy who lost a bet and

had to find the most obscure podcast in the iTunes store to listen to.

So for those of you who don't know me. I have six kids and but I have no I have no background with big family life.

I am an only child, my husband's an only child.

And so the house that I grew up in was super quiet. My mom is, she's like a

math person, like a real cerebral, like she was a five beta-capa math major in college.

And my dad was an engineer also just a very very just

quiet thinking kind of man and so my house growing up it was just the three of us and it was like a

monastery except for the fact that we were not religious. Like if you imagine a

monastery without any Bibles or a single religious object in it.

That was my house.
