Let's talk today, my friends, about identity.

Sometimes I think that we don't realize

how much is tied up with our identity and how powerful it is and how it can

either be extremely freeing or it can hold us back in a lot of ways.

How we identify ourselves, how we define who we are,

can really put us in a box.

It can make us think yes or no or that's possible or that's impossible

based on a thought that we've had for a long time based on a story.

Identity my friends, is so easily shiftable.

In fact, I've been reading the book and I'm loving it.

10X is easier than 2X, by Dan Sullivan and Ben Hardy.

And one thing that they say in the book

is someone who 10X is really sheds identities

and adopts new identities quickly. We're not holding onto past

identities of who we are. Let me give you a couple of examples here. So my husband stopped drinking alcohol six months ago. It was like his six month,

six months maybe a week or two ago. And it's so interesting observing that shift in him.

Right, because of course we go to parties, we go to restaurants,

we go to people's houses,

and there's alcohol everywhere.

We live in a culture where you sit on a plane you sit in a

cafe right it's like would you like a drink would you like a drink and he used to of course
