Now yesterday we spoke about self-doubt.

And I know this topic's a big one. I know it is the biggest dream killer.

I know that we self-reject, we cancel ourselves before we even try.

If you're in self-coaching society,

you know we had an incredible class

based on becoming a rejection proof and how all rejection is self rejection.

Oh, I'm so happy I learned that lesson years ago.

Well today I want to build upon that a little bit when it comes to

imposter syndrome and how I think about it in a bit of a different way to most people.

Imposter syndrome it's something that I think most of us are familiar with now,

feeling like we're a fraud, not being able to internalize our accomplishments,

thinking it's good luck if we get an opportunity feeling like we don't belong

when we get some type of promotion or when something's going really right we think

gosh is this allowed am I an imposter? I think about this a bit differently because a lot of people say, you know, fake it till you make it, just show up and do the things. And I understand the sentiment behind that right it means just

push through anyway and do the thing and yeah the truth is this four words can change your life

Only action cures fear.

This is reality.

just think about the child who is on the diving board, right,

overthinking jumping into the pool. The longer you stand there the deeper and scarier it seems.
