Oh, I'm glad to be back.

I had a nice little break for a few days, feeling rejuvenated, feeling good, ready to connect

with y'all.

I hope you had an amazing weekend, amazing day, whatever time or season you are tuning

in.

Today I wanted to talk a little about our identities and, you know, every stage of our life.

I believe we have a picture of ourselves, a vision of ourselves, we have beliefs, we

have ideas, we have characteristics traits, the form and identity and identity that people

can recognize us by.

And one, we even recognize ourselves by an identity we can look at and say, yeah, that's

me.

That seems like me.

But what happens when the way we feel on the inside starts to shift when we haven't

quite manifested this new energy in our external, in our actions and the way people

are receiving us.

And we may not do this because of uncertainty and fear because we're not sure if we will

be accepted for this new feeling within us.

We're shedding layers within ourselves and we were afraid of this new version of ourselves.

You know, last year we may have felt a certain way, we may have thought a certain way.

And now the way we're thinking is completely contradicting who we were a year ago and

we don't want to show up in the world as someone who contradicts themselves because
