Today, I wanted to give a little bit of an affirmation.

You know, an affirmation for the ones that feel like they're not where they're supposed

to be, even though you are.

You are exactly where you're supposed to be.

For the ones that have been beating themselves up, being too hard on themselves, because

they expect so much on themselves.

And that's only because you know you are great, because you are great.

You already know that there is greatness within you.

That's why you are hard on yourself.

If you weren't hard on yourself, you wouldn't expect anything of yourself.

There would be nothing within yourself.

You know there's something within yourself.

That is why you are hard on yourself.

Give yourself a little break.

You know, 2020 has been a very difficult year and I don't think some of us are taking

the time to reflect at times.

You have to realize that the amount of negativity we consume sometimes, the amount of negative

thoughts we have in our own mind, they may not do damage in the moment.

At times, it could be a domino effect.

Day in and day out, just a little bit of doubt, a little bit of distraction over a couple

of months.

A domino effect.
