world, the conversations we have in ourselves forms our confidence, our motivation, our

energy, you know, the power of the tongue, the power of thought is incredible.

The way someone can make us feel by the words that they say, the way our energy

feels by the thoughts that we are having, they can shift our whole being.

That's why this conversation we have with ourselves day in and day out.

Because let's be honest, it's it's constant.
