| 0:00.0 | Head Space Studio. Hey, my name is Nika, and welcome to Radio Headspace and to Tuesday. |
| 0:17.0 | I'm a Co-Cheared Headspace, and one of my specialties is Anger, which is exactly what this week is all about. |
| 0:24.6 | And today I have something very interesting for you. |
| 0:27.6 | So as I was scrolling through one of my many streaming services, |
| 0:31.0 | I came across a reality TV show that I've never seen before, so I decided I wanted to give it a look. |
| 0:37.0 | And of course, I was not disappointed by the drama that ensued. |

| 1:30.2 | It's when someone essentially has what we call low frequency so they don't get angry very often the duration of it is very short and it is a low intensity right so you're not exploding over you know all over the place. |
| 1:42.6 | And again, I just want to reiterate or just state the fact |
| 1:45.6 | that it's okay that you have normal anger, right? |
| 1:48.3 | It's not explosive, it doesn't impact your relationships |
| 1:50.6 | in a negative way, you're just expressing yourself and saying like, |
| 1:53.3 | this is uncomfortable to me and this is how I'm feeling. |
