1:21.0 | I think at first mine was about 90 seconds, maybe a little |
1:24.5 | less than that. And then we did the breathing techniques and then I retested and I could |
1:29.5 | hold my breath for three minutes. It took all of about 10 minutes to do this method and I |
1:35.8 | overdoubled the amount of time that I could hold my breath. I also at the end of |
1:41.3 | it tested how many push-ups I could do in a row and I did 90 push-ups at about 200 pounds which was the most I had ever done at that body weight. |
