is reportedly set to leave Minneapolis along with some Border Patrol officers.

Bovino's departure along with a number of customs and border protection agents comes as President

Trump's border czar, Tom Holman, makes his way to Minneapolis to oversee ICE operations.

Bovino was one of the top enforcement officials who defended the deadly shooting of Alex

Preti last Saturday, claiming Prattie impeded federal agents while being armed.

The statements by Bovino caused community and national protests when compared with cell phone video of the shooting.

Bovino has also been at other controversial immigration enforcement operations in cities such as Los Angeles and Chicago.

Tom Holman will meet with Minneapolis's Mayor Jacob Frye, on Tuesday.

A major winter storm impacting more than 200 million Americans this weekend,

disrupting more than 36,000 flights across 18 states.

The storm knocked out powered over a million households at its peak.

Middle Tennessee Electric CEO, Chris Jones on Fox says more than 240,000 customers in Tennessee are without power.
