self-aware enough to fix the problem and we're going to do that, but it gets pretty messy and I'm just going to tell you what

we're dealing with. So let's get to it.

Wow, so we had like the perfect storm in Miami and by perfect storm I don't mean the hurricane I do want to start by saying my prayers are with every single person who's been affected by the hurricanes, by weather. Like it's just

crazy to me that what happened in Maui remember an insane devastation that was created there.

Was that like two years ago?

Is that possible?

And now seeing like, I just can't even watch the videos. I don't know what it is, but like I just, my brain can't handle seeing it.

It's like this can't be true, this can't be true, it's not happening,

but it is and it's horrible and I'm going to put a link you can find in our show notes where if you want to donate to relief funds

There's some information for you there at the time that I'm recording this. It's Tuesday and I mean, they're saying it is going to be just so deadly for Florida.

And that Holmes, I heard someone an expert on one of the programs today say that homes in Florida,

coastal homes they predict after this cat five will be uninsurable like you won't be able to get home insurance, which would have a tremendous impact on the housing market.

I mean that's the financial side of things. Who cares? Homes can be replaced, lives cannot and so my prayers tonight, tomorrow, whenever you're listening to this are with the people who might be in the path of the hurricane or you might have family in the path or I mean even your belongings a home that has photos in it that just they can't be replaced. So I guess we just have to pray for the best.
