My son doesn't live with me anymore after he got into some trouble,

and it was decided that it was best if he moved in with my ex-wife.

two years. Recently, I've noticed that my son isn't returning my phone calls or text messages. I'm only

asking this now because I'm afraid that he will look at reaching out come Christmas time with a list.

Recently, my son has been in some trouble in school, and while his mother and I are not adversarial, we aren't always in sync in regard to discipline, but she keeps me apprised of his behaviors and whatnot. There were two recent incidents where I, as his father, needed to intervene. One was an incident that could have landed him in jail, and his mother and I had a long talk with him where we let him know that if he does end up in jail, that he will stay there until I get there. I'm nine hours away for context. He made it clear to me that he doesn't want to move back in with me because my house is full of his other siblings. They all get along. He just likes his space, and there isn't a lot of room to have quiet with a toddler and an infant, so I'm not salty about that. But back to the issue, his mother and I told him if he didn't get his act together that he would have to move back in with me. We were in sync on this. We were also in sync with his social media as he had vulgarity, and his little girlfriend girlfriend high school posted things his mother and I agreed were

but he didn't live with me so I asked him to at the very least be respectful so when I saw what was posted
