Hello everybody.

I'm feeling particularly chipper this week.

Please don't mind the construction sounds in the background.

There's nothing I can fucking do about it.

It's just me myself and I, over on the other side of the pond, manhandling this podcast,

the best way I know how, so I am my own editor and my own sound engineer.

So you know, bear with me.

I am in a particularly good mood, which is weird because I'm slightly hungover, which is

even weirder because I had like two drinks, which is really actually pathetic.

I'm kind of sick.

I just nailed an Instagram picture.

I hate myself.

There are times where I love myself so much and then two seconds later, I'm like, I'm

the worst.

I generally have pretty high self esteem, but I'm like, I just spent 20, I'm going to

say 21 minutes outside my flat, taking photos of myself.

Really because I bought this fabulous ostrich for purple jacket that I'm severely allergic

to.

So I have to go take it back, but I wanted to immortalize it because you know, what's

the point of having a fabulous jacket for a day if it's not going to live forever on

your Instagram feed?
