and tell them I'm proud of you for showing up.

Talk to them. Let them know that you support them, that they are not alone, that they are covered.

Tell them, I'm proud of you for showing up. I'm proud of you. I'm proud of you. Some people just need to hear that this week, that someone is proud of you.

You have all of the voices that are competing for the number one spot to try to get you to see yourself in a specific lens or

a specific light. There's so many opportunities to relish in the mistakes or the things that you

feel like you didn't do wrong, but let me tell you that I'm proud of you for what you are doing

right. And this moment is setting up a moment in time that there is going to be a moment of reflection.

When you look back on these intentional moments of investment, well, you can say, I poured into my spirit, my soul, and I came out on the other side,

better, stronger, more equipped to accomplish what God has in store.
