Got this email from Steve. He's doing the March walking is fitness challenge.

And I put it out there, what's your goal? What's your goal for March?

And Steve responded, very simple, don't stop.

Don't break the chain.

I hit 30 days consecutive next week and some days deserved a heart.

And what he's referring to is the March walking, his fitness challenge tracker.

There's a line for each day of the month. And at the end of each line, there's a heart.

And on those days that are harder than usual, to reach your goal, you color in the heart.

And Steve says he had some of these days during this chain that he's building that deserved a heart.

Below zero wind chills. You can hear the wind that I'm experiencing right now.

Gratefully the temperature is not making this feel below zero or even below freezing.

feeling sick, just didn't want to, but he did. And on those days, if he had a tracker, he would

have colored those in. But this started in February. He's expecting some upcoming challenges, time change, work schedule.

This time tomorrow morning, it'll be dark while I'm walking.
