Good morning. It's three minutes after ten. I hope you're well. I think I know where we're going today.

I don't often know at ten o'clock in the morning exactly where we're going to be going between now and 1 o'clock.

I always reserve the right to change my mind. And we do need to turn our attention at some point

to the Israel-Lebanon situation. But I don't know that we have much more to say than what we said

yesterday. That's the one area in which I might change my mind. We'll try and get a good guest on for that later in the program, but I don't know at this point in proceedings, whether or not

I'm minded to do it as a phone in. I am minded to do the proposals regarding women's prisons.

I sometimes get a little bit of a surprise when I think that this is something

we've never talked about before. You think of all the conversations we've had. And I hope we're not

as guilty as some people of having the same conversations every day. But the difference between

a woman being sent to jail and a man being sent to jail feeds into quite a lot of issues,
