Oh my god, we are back. Hey guys, I hope you're well. Welcome back to Inside Anna's Mind.

It has literally been a year since I last recorded an episode and I'm now back, which I'm so

excited about, like so happy and I really needed the break to be

able to come back and want to yap again and share with you guys things and everything like that.

So yeah, some of you may or may not know that I actually took a year break off my podcast

after doing it for two years. And the decision was just right for me, nobody else.

And I think that was the empowering thing about it when you make a choice that literally

doesn't serve anyone but you.

And so that's what I did.

I think one of the main things was I needed time to process in private

because since the age of 18,

I've shared so much of my life online

and I hadn't actually learned what it meant

to be like a normal human being,

go through hard times or good times, process it

and just leave it with myself and not put it everywhere.

And so the last year, I just kind of went back

to that normal life of living and processing

and all those things.

And it was really, really fun.

And having the year break reset me

and it made me excited to record again.
