new year. It is Monday, January 19th, also known as Martin Luther King Day question mark.

I need to make sure I have my weeks right. Yeah, it's Martin Luther King Day. And it is the first monologuing episode of

26. So I bid you a hello. A hello and a, how are you? How are you? How are you? How are you doing?

I hope you had a wonderful weekend slash month. And I hope you're feeling well rested and rejuvenated and ready

to tackle whatever life might throw at you this week. And I don't think that that's asking

too much from your favorite podcast host. How are we doing? I know. This is my voice. It's in your

ears. Once again, I took some time off to rest. And now it's game time, bitches. It's not. Actually, it so isn't. It couldn't be less game time if I wanted it to be. I guess I'll just do, I want to do a little life update and then we're going to jump into

2026 ins and outs. That's what's going to, that's what's going to go down this episode. I hope

that's okay with you. I should have probably checked with you guys beforehand. We should have

coordinated, but I'm hoping, I'm hoping we're good for full steam ahead um yeah the

last time I sat down to record a podcast episode was the beginning of January I'm January now the

beginning of December uh I batched like the last two episodes I think so it's been it's been a

minute since I've actually sat down and spoken and obviously it's been a minute since I've actually sat down and spoken. And obviously
