Guys, today we're going to be talking about feminism.

What is feminism?

What does it mean to be a feminist?

Am I a feminist?

We're going to cover all that and more today.

So let's get started.

Okay, so let me start off by saying that this particular episode was inspired by an anonymous listener, okay, who asked me about my stance on feminism because she had heard me say that I'm not a feminist in a previous episode and I wanted to address that a little bit because I thought that feminism meant something completely different.

And I don't know if I'm alone in this.

So let's talk about it.

I used to think that feminism was like hating men, rejecting marriage, rejecting family even, and in a way wanting women to like overpower men in a way,

I just had it all wrong because that's not what feminism means.

And I felt like, okay, if I was misinterpreting it because of things I had heard out in the world on social media,

then I'm sure I'm not the only one.

So I was like, that's not me.

That's not who I am.

I do believe in marriage.

I was scared to get remarried for a long time, but I do believe in marriage.
