Summary

I did split squats for 1 year.... you ask why would someone do something so crazy? Many years ago I filmed a video series for Men's Health created by the great and powerful BJ Gaddour that included what felt like a million split squats. I damn near quit the project after day 1 as my legs were totally trashed. Long story short I gutted out the week and complete the project. After a few recovery days I started doing split squats everyday in my programming. For one ☝️ full year 365 days straight I did split squats not one day missed. I walk through how and why I did this on today's episode. That experience not only changed how my legs performed and looked but mentally it taught me a valuable lesson. You don’t know your true potential in fitness much like life if you are never challenged. I hope you guys enjoy this.
